We will begin to melt the chocolate; we can melt it in the microwave, stirring it every 20 seconds.
Meanwhile, we place round biscuit cutters of different sizes on a silicone base or a tray covered with transparent film. In addition to the cutters that correspond to the different tree heights, we will need several smaller separators that will serve as a separation between them.
Once the chocolate is melted and it has had a manageable texture, fill the cutters with a layer of half a centimetre of chocolate and refrigerate, at least, two hours.
Once refrigerated, we take it out of the fridge and we will assemble the different floors of the tree, helping with melted chocolate as a glue. Finally, decorate with nuts, candied fruit and sweets as a real Christmas tree. Keep the dessert refrigerated until the moment of serving. Finally, the last touch consists on sprinkling some sugar glass on top.
