For the muesli
We will start preparing the muesli. For this, we mix in a bowl the oats, almonds, nuts, pipes and coconut. Once it is well mixed, add the cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl we mix the honey and the oil and heat it briefly in the microwave, until the honey is liquid, in order to mix it with the nuts. We add the sugar to the mixture of nuts that we have previously made and then incorporate the honey and oil. We must stir it well until we get a mixture as homogeneous as possible.
Cover a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture over it, pressing hard until we have the most compact surface possible, about one centimetre thick. We bake the muesli at 160ºC for about 20 or 25 minutes, stirring it every 10 minutes to avoid caking. Once we see that it is golden, we retire from the oven and let it cool. When it is completely cold, mix again until you get the desired texture and consistency, and reserve.
Mix the red berries with 2 spoons of honey and two spoons of sugar. In another bowl, mix the banana cut into pieces with a teaspoon of honey and another of sugar. Finally, in the tray used to present it, we place a bottom of yogurt, more or less to the middle. Above we put part of the red berries and the banana that we had previously mixed, a little of the muesli, another layer of red fruits and topped with the remaining muesli.
We recommend serving and letting it cool for 20 or 30 minutes to enjoy it.
